In view of the current epidemiological situation, we would like to inform you about the modified rules for visits to our hospital. The modified rules are valid from 27 May 2021 until further notice.

Each visitor must be equipped with an FFP2 respirator, which can be purchased at the reception of the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun, Pavilion E. We also require the use of shoe covers. Shoe covers are available at the relevant department.

Visits are possible Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 17:00 and on weekends from 14:00 to 16:00.

Visiting in the patient's room is limited to a maximum of 30 minutes and only one person is allowed.

The person visiting the patient shall undergo a SARS CoV-2 antigen test prior to the visit, with a negative result. The test will be performed approximately half an hour before the visit in a test cell located in the parking lot of the Beroun Rehabilitation Hospital (available without an appointment). It is only possible to be tested here on weekdays.

Exceptions are persons who:

(a) have undergone a PCR or antigen test with a negative result no more than 48 hours before the visit and provide proof of this to the staff in the triage cell at the RNB concierge and then to the ward nurse on duty

b) they have been issued a certificate by the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic on the vaccination against COVID-19, and at least 14 days have passed since the administration of the second dose of vaccination and the vaccinated person does not show any symptoms of COVID-19 (in the case of a single-dose vaccination schedule - after 14 days after the first vaccination), the visitor shall provide proof of vaccination to the staff in the triage cell at the RNB porterage and subsequently to the serving nurse on the ward

(c) have laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 disease and the isolation period has expired in accordance with the applicable emergency measure of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic and no more than 180 days have elapsed since the first positive PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus, the visitor shall provide proof of this to the triage cell at the RNB gatehouse and subsequently to the ward nurse on duty.
