We are happy when our patients can stay in touch with their loved ones.
Patients have the right to receive an unlimited number of visitors, subject to their health condition, the ward’s operating procedures, and the comfort of other patients in the room.
Recommended visiting hours are determined by the schedule of each individual ward. The best time for your visit is between 1:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
Visiting policies may vary by facility depending on the nature of the facility and the care provided. We do not recommend visits by young children to the ICU.
We ask visitors to observe the following rules:
- Thoroughly sanitize your hands upon entering the hospital and during your visit,
- Use shoe covers, which are available at the respective department;
- wear respiratory protection (an FFP2/KN95 respirator or face mask) if required by current hygiene regulations.
Thank you for helping to create a pleasant and safe environment for all patients and staff through your considerate behavior. Please be mindful of the patients’ health and adjust the length and nature of your visit accordingly.
In the event of an extraordinary epidemiological situation, the hospital may temporarily restrict or prohibit visits.
