At the moment, our attention is focused mainly on non-medical graduates, who are generally in short supply in hospitals. In addition to general nurses, we are looking for new recruits in physiotherapy and radiology assistants, but we are also recruiting midwives and pharmacists. Of course, we are also making room for graduates of medical faculties in general medicine, whom we are happy to welcome into our ranks.
We are in contact with potential employees on a daily basis and offer them, in addition to full-time and part-time positions, cooperation by agreement. For candidates who wish to continue their studies, we also welcome the possibility of part-time work, which is particularly beneficial for us during the summer holidays. If the mutual cooperation proves successful, we are open to further professional development on a permanent basis.
In addition to a good salary, we have prepared an extensive benefits programme for medical school graduates, which includes, for example, premium-quality housing with equipment, transport, discounted meals, kindergarten or suburban camps. Employees can spend their free time at joint events organised by the facilities not only for them but also for their children, and can also take advantage of leisure activity passes, the range of which is constantly being expanded.
Information on currently open positions and benefits is available on the websites of the individual healthcare facilities in the Careers section or on the AKESO holding website.
