If you are scheduled to be hospitalized in our hospital during this period and wish to vote for the Chamber of Deputies of the Parliament of the Czech Republic, we recommend that you arrange for a portable voter ID card at your place of residence.
A voter who is staying at the time of the elections to the Chamber of Deputies in a hospital located in a municipality in a constituency (municipality) other than the one to which he or she belongs according to his or her place of residence may vote in that facility on the basis of a registration on the special voters' list or on the basis of a voter card, or he or she is a permanent resident of the constituency in which the facility falls.
A voter who is hospitalized in a health care facility and has his/her permanent residence in the same electoral district as the health care facility or has a voter's card may, through the administration of the facility, request the municipal authority or, on election days, the precinct election commission to allow him/her to vote in a portable ballot box - the voter's card shall be handed over to the members of the precinct election commission.
