How did the patients accept the transfer of the ambulance from the Medicenter to the hospital?
Due to the short duration of the new outpatient clinic in the hospital, only time will tell how the move is perceived, but so far we have not seen any negative reactions; on the contrary, the design of the new outpatient clinic, the barrier-free access, and the well-accessible parking lot have brought positive feedback.
What kind of examinations do you perform?
The gynaecological outpatient clinic provides women with comprehensive outpatient gynaecological and obstetric care. Using modern instrumentation and through available screening examinations, the main focus is on the care of the female organs in its entirety, with an emphasis on prevention, particularly of cancerous changes. Another focus is on providing the widest possible and most woman-friendly care during pregnancy, with a focus on screening for congenital developmental defects, premature birth and pregnancy-related complications. It is also working well in the form of a consultative gynaecological outpatient clinic for Jessenia Inc.
What facilities do you have at your disposal?
The equipment in the new outpatient clinic includes a sonogram, cardiotocograph and colposcope. The vast majority of examinations are performed with disposable sterile equipment, including gynaecological mirrors.
What are the opening hours of the outpatient clinic? Do you accept new patients?
The office hours are from 8.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. The outpatient clinic is currently only open from Wednesday to Friday. In the future we will try to extend the surgery days, including providing care into the evening. We register new patients without any restrictions.
