Dear colleagues, dear reader,
Let me share with you a new issue of NÉA magazine full of AKESO news that I am really proud of.
I will start with the biggest event we have lived in the past weeks - we opened a beautiful kindergarten in Beroun for almost 50 children of our employees. I know how important it is to care for the young children of young parents who want to return to the work they love. The Beroun nursery is one of the other benefits I want to make my colleagues' working and personal lives easier. Take a look at the photos of the interior and the garden, it's really worth it. This nursery will be the envy of the world!
You can also read about our free shuttle service for radiation treatments in Pardubice, which we introduced a year ago and which patients often write to me about. They cannot praise our friendly drivers enough. They appreciate the fact that in a difficult situation, when it is very difficult for them to travel long distances, they make them feel at least a little better. Every praise directed at our staff and workplaces pleases me immensely.
Another thing that matters to me is the technical equipment of our workplaces, whether it is modern medical equipment or IT security. In this issue, for example, we feature the use of artificial intelligence in the emergency room or all the information technology that makes our hospital run.
