Prestigious award for better nursing communication in English

The prizes are awarded by the House of Foreign Cooperation together with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports. This exceptional achievement was won for the Beroun school by Mgr. Karolina Froňková, who in cooperation with a team of teachers implemented and led the entire project. "These prestigious awards for the Erasmus + project - the Seal of Quality and the European LABEL language prize represent an extraordinary success for our school," says Mgr. Leona Machková, Director of SZŠ Beroun.
The Conversation Manual - Communication with English (and now also German and Russian) speaking clients for nurses is useful not only in healthcare institutions. This publication was created in cooperation between English and nursing teachers with the support of the school's partner organization, the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun, and has become a teaching material not only for the school's students, but also serves as a practical pocket guide for nurses in Beroun and Hořovice.
