Children's Day at Točník Castle

The entire Točník Castle belonged to the employees of the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun and the Hořovice Hospital and their families on Saturday.

The programme was prepared to attract a wide age group of children. The path to the castle was lined with tasks that led the children to the castle itself, where they received rewards for completing a playing card.

A puppet story about a dragon was prepared in the castle premises and older children learned to drum with a shaman on 30 prepared drums of different sizes. There were also handicraft workshops where children decorated wooden products, face painting, accompanying competitions and refreshments. Adults could visit the castle tower full of bats or say hello to the bears Agata and Martin, the mascots of the castle, who live in the castle grounds.

"Thank you for a great event for the whole family. I'm from a nearby village, but we haven't been to the castle for a long time. So we took this opportunity and I'm glad we did. We really liked the balloon decorations and the prizes for the children," thanked nurse Katerina from the Beroun hospital.
