Traditional races of amateur dragon boat crews on the Berounka River entered their 10th anniversary year this year. In addition, they were part of this year's rich programme of celebrations of 750 years of the founding of the town of Beroun. This year, the crew of the Beroun Rehabilitation Hospital also took part in the Beroun camp, where an accompanying programme was prepared. Although they did not finish in the top places on the two-hundred-metre course above the Beroun weir, they did not have such ambitions. "We just wanted to support this event, try it out and enjoy the day at the Berounka", agreed the crew of the dragon boat of the Beroun hospital, mainly composed of the employees of the Rehabilitation Centre, after the race. We captured it in a photo on Friday afternoon, when they gathered for the first time to train and try out "what it's actually like on a dragon boat". In addition to representatives of the Beroun hospital, a boat from the partner hospital Hořovice was also represented among the 25 crews at the Beroun Dragon 2015.
