On January 15, 2015, the second meeting of the Committee and Revision Committee of the Professional Society of Rehabilitation and Physical Medicine of the Czech Medical Association was held at the Rehabilitation Centre Beroun. The President of the Society, as. Jan Vacek, M.D., Ph.D., opened the meeting of the committee at 10.00 a.m., which dealt with the current problems of the field, including education, valuation of the performance of the field within the public health insurance, preparation of the congress of the society in May this year in Luhačovice. As part of the preparation of the Society's calendar of professional events for 2015, the 4th Annual Meeting of the Society was included. Beroun Rehabilitation Day, which is planned for 22.10.2015 under the auspices of the professional society. The theme will be "Pain treatment".
Committee members welcomed the opportunity to see the newly built facilities of the Rehabilitation Centre - swimming pools, hydrotherapy and gym. They appreciated not only their factual quality for the treatment needs, but also the very good aesthetic impression of the newly opened spaces.
It was an honour for the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun to repeatedly welcome the management of the professional society and we sincerely hope that we managed to create a friendly environment for the meeting.
