At the end of August, the film and television company TotalHelpArt T.H.A. chose the modern environment of the Beroun hospital for the shooting of several scenes of the new film "Like Never" by the well-known producer Ondřej Trojan. Co-producer of this film is Czech Television. The hospital was able to provide the space for filming mainly due to a certain coincidence, just before the opening of another part of the Rehabilitation Centre. The second floor of Building E was completed, but still without patients, and the filmmakers had it to themselves.

The director of the film with the cheerless theme of dying and leaving life is Zdeněk Tyc (probably the most famous film in the audience - Smradi, El Paso, but also his beautiful first film Vojtěch, řčený orphanek; documentaries Yes, Masaryk, Dvořák in America, etc.) Just for the record, Zdeněk Tyc won the FITES award in 2002 in Beroun for his direction of Smradi - the crystal Trilobite.

The main role of the dying artist in this chamber story is played by Jiří Schmitzer, his partner, a 35-year-old painter, is played by Petra Špalková, and his former lover, a 55-year-old nurse, is played by Tatjana Medvecká. Although the subject matter is bleak, the script by Markéta Bidlasová has greatly impressed director Tyce. Death and passing away is still something that is tiptoed around in society, but it affects each of us - whether personally or at the moment of the passing of someone close to us.As for the content of the film, let us very briefly reveal that the main character does not want to spend his last days in a hospital, but at home, with his loved ones. The trio struggles, albeit in vain, with the inevitability of death, but basically they all struggle with themselves and with each other. The director Tyc praised the environment and the friendliness of the hospital in Beroun and stressed that he was surprised by how beautiful and modern the hospital was. The film, which was also filmed in the Rakovník region - in Podmokelský mlýn or in the vicinity of the castles of Točník and Žebrák, should reach the audience in April 2013.
