You will find the collection point at the top of the car park directly below the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun. The collection is only for patients with a doctor's request form.
You must call 311 555 000 on weekdays from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm to make an appointment. The phone line for making an appointment will be open as of Wednesday, October 14, 2020.
Self-payers can still make an appointment at the Hořovice Hospital by calling 311 555 666.
The collection point will be open on weekdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Parking is free for 1 hour.
