The second Sculpture Symposium in RN Beroun is being prepared

The symposium will be held from 24 July to 24 September 2017 in the hospital park and this year it will be international. The theme of this year's symposium is Mythology of Antiquity. Jiří Fürst is the guarantor of the symposium and has approached several renowned sculptors.

This year the symposium will be attended by Robert Buček, Veronika Durová, Fridrich Petr, Kurt Gebauer, Žaňťa Gebauer, Jean-Paul Chablais (France), David Janouch, Josefína Jonášová, Jura Plieštik (Slovakia) and Marie Šeborová. Jiří Kotalík will be the discussant of the symposium and Václav Zoubek will be on the jury. The guests of this year's symposium will be Šárka Radová and Daniel Talavera. Participants of this year's symposium will work on Slivenec marble and also on Horice sandstone from Ostroměř quarry and Dubenec quarry.

The second sculpture symposium in the Beroun hospital will be officially closed in mid-October 2017 with an opening ceremony, which will be accompanied by a catalogue with medallions of the artists and mainly photographs of the symposium and, of course, the sculptures created there.
