Beroun Hospital is launching electronic ordering for examinations these days. The new system brings together appointments for specialist examinations, routine ward examinations and appointments for outpatient clinics under one simple form.
You can now make an appointment at Beroun Hospital:
- in person at the hospital reception
- by phone at 311 745 272 and 311 745 329
- new - electronically via the form
In the order form you only need to fill in your personal data and the request for examination. You can choose whether you prefer morning or afternoon hours. The hospital staff will then get back to you by email or phone with the exact time you need to attend the appointment.
You can make an electronic appointment via the web form between 7.00am and 7.00pm on weekdays.
