New equipment for the internal medicine department and operating theatres, thanks to support from the Central Bohemian Region

Two ultrasound scanners were purchased for the in-patient departments to aid in the diagnosis of patients. As part of the completion of the new operating theatre – which has not only increased capacity for existing types of surgery but also enabled new types of procedures – a new, state-of-the-art anaesthesia machine was acquired.

Upon delivery, the equipment was put into routine operation without delay and has significantly enhanced the diagnostic and therapeutic capabilities of the departments in question.
