Presidential candidate Michal Horáček visited us

"I had no idea that something like this could exist and work well in our country," Michal Horáček, the 67-year-old candidate in the upcoming presidential election in January, said with a sense of recognition during his visit to the RN Beroun on Thursday.

Mr Horáček chose the Beroun Rehabilitation Hospital as one of his stops during his Thursday election campaign in the Beroun region. The presidential candidate was received at the Beroun hospital by Ing. Sotirios Zavalianis, owner of the hospital, Mgr. Nataša Petsini, Director of RN Beroun, and Ondřej Horáček, MD, Chief of the Jan Calta Rehabilitation Centre.

During his two-hour visit to the hospital, Mr. Horáček had the opportunity to get acquainted with the functioning of the inpatient department of the Rehabilitation Centre and also visited the modern hydrotherapy section, where he had a short talk with patients and physiotherapists. David then had the opportunity to try out some of the equipment in the gymnasium (see photo).

The presidential candidate in an interview with Ing. Zavalianis and the members of the management of the Beroun hospital, he was informed about the amount of invested capital and further plans for the development of the hospital. He expressed his appreciation for the results achieved and wished the hospital and its staff further success. His visit ended with an open discussion with patients and employees in the hospital café.
