To support a good cause, that was the main reason for the decision to prepare an unusual event in the Beroun hospital. On 9 November from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., the A MANO sheltered workshop from Prague, which provides employment for young people with mental and combined disabilities, will present its really interesting products in the hospital grounds in front of Hall B.The exhibition of their really interesting ceramics will be for sale and so all those who will take some of their products from the hospital on that day will not only have a nice gift, for example for Christmas, but will certainly also have a good feeling that they have supported a deserving activity and thus contributed to the further running of this budding sheltered workshop. And if they have not been there before, they will see how the Beroun hospital has been transformed and beautified over the last four years. But that's not all! All those who visit the hospital on 9 November will be able to see Jan Calta's photography exhibition throughout the duration of the sales exhibition.Traditional and non-traditional views that Calta recently took during his visit to Karlštejn Castle will be on display in the newly opened outpatient area of the Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Medicine in Hall E (entrance from Hall D, ground floor). And believe me, there will also be shots from places that are hidden to the average tourist, such as the tower, its roofs or the castle's depository, including panoramic images. It should be remembered that sets of interesting photographs from various places at home and abroad are placed in all the pavilions of the Beroun hospital, which has thus become, in addition to its main mission, actually an interesting, albeit unconventional , gallery.
So mark the date of 9 November in your diary and come to the Beroun hospital. We would be happy if together with you we could prove that our decision to do something for a good cause was the right one.
