Karel Mencl (pictured in the middle), a member of the Regional Council (ČSSD) of the Central Bohemian Region, the Mayor of Králův Dvůr, visited the Beroun Hospital on Thursday 4 June.Accompanied by the owner of the hospital, Sotirios Zavalianis (left) and his professional representative Jan Calta, he inspected both the premises where the reconstruction is basically starting and those where it is already obvious what they will soon look like. He also visited the new intensive care unit, which is practically nearing completion, and of course the new outpatient clinics, the X-ray department and the physiotherapy and rehabilitation medicine department.
"This hospital has a wonderful location and its appearance is getting nicer and nicer. What is most gratifying, however, is that underneath the new coat there is and in the future will be more modern, very high-end equipment and facilities for patients and medical staff", said Karel Mencl among other words of appreciation.
