Bus route 825, which normally runs through the whole city, will provide direct access to the complex. It also connects with other services, such as those from the railway station or from surrounding parts of the city, enabling passengers to change services conveniently.
How the service will operate:
- Buses will call at the hospital grounds during the day and serve the original stop that visitors were accustomed to in the past.
- Outside peak hours (in the early morning, late afternoon and at night), the service will continue to terminate at the existing ‘Profesora Veselého’ stop, which remains fully operational.
The resumption of the route directly into the hospital grounds will bring significant relief, particularly to older people, patients with reduced mobility and other visitors for whom the walk from more distant stops was physically demanding. At the same time, the improved service will also make daily commuting easier for hospital staff.
