The whole tournament, which had not only a great sporting level but also a very good spectator backdrop, was eventually won by Ivana Amortová, Deputy Director for Health Policy of AKESO Holding, in the women's category. In the men's category, Petr Ďuriš, a doctor at the Beroun hospital, and Martin Sklenář, M.D., Director for Health Policy and Reimbursement of AKESO Holding, won with the same number of points. In the team category, the first place went to a mixed team called Dortíci, consisting of colleagues from Construction Team and colleagues from the Beroun Rehabilitation Hospital.
The pre-Christmas bowling tournament is held every year in November for the employees of AKESO Holding. "Last year, unfortunately, they drew a line through our budget when we could not meet in restaurants due to anti-epidemiological measures. People missed it and maybe that's why there were so many players this year and there was so much competition," laughed Martina, a nurse from the Rehabilitation Hospital Beroun. "Anyway, now the bar is quite high and we will have to train more for the next tournament," added the nurse.
